This dinner/patient chair from Cobi Rehab is functionally designed for the bariatric user.

Note the armrests that go beyond the seat so that they are able to easily grip them when standing up and and sitting down.  

The seat pad is removable without the need for tools, allowing it to be easily cleaned.

Available in two width options - 61 and 71cm / 24" and 28".

The butterfly armrests of the Patient / Dinner Chair bend out slightly to allow the user to easily grip the chair when transferring to and from the chair, and to ensure that the body is not squeezed at any point.

The height of the chair can be adjusted, from 44cm to 59cm, to suit the individual user.  This is important - if it is too low users will have problems getting up and out of the chair.  If the chair is too high their feet will not touch the ground and it will be difficult to get seated comfortably.  The depth of the seat can also be adjusted to ensure maximum comfort for the user.
 
The comfy XXL chair is fitted with rubber ferrules on each leg to provide added stability.
