The Distance Selling Regulations have been replaced by The Consumer Contracts Regulations since 2014.
Cancellation
The Consumer Contracts Regulations give consumers cancellation rights when you enter into Contracts at a distance over the telephone or online.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order starts when your order is placed and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Your right to return
When returning an order to ENdynamics, you will need to pay for, and be responsible for, the Item return.
We recommend you take out a tracked and insured return service.
If returns are required to be arranged by ENdynamics, please confirm your request to our Customer Support team.
ENdynamics return carriage costs are normally charged at (parcel size) = £32 via Courier collection.
For pallet size = £85 plus VAT, please ask for a Quotation.
Your right to a refund
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, ENdynamics website customers have the right to return the order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After the 14 calendar days we cannot automatically accept any returns without prior agreement.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of ENdynamics Ltd. receiving the returned item.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them on our premises - unmarked and unused.
Refunds are generally made by the same method as the original payment. See the payment provider's terms and conditions.
In addition to return collection charges, an Administration Charge may apply to returned items. Current Charges eg:
• Original Order under £30 £ 5
• Wheelchairs £ 20
• Mobility Scooter £ 75
• Rise & Recline Chair £ 250
• Parts and Specialist items subject to ENdynamics Quotation.
All items returned to ENdynamics Ltd. must be complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
A Deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods. The deduction may include the cost of any parts, materials and labour etc.
Refunding the cost of delivery on Faulty Items
Where legally required, ENdynamics Ltd. will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you by us in the first place.
Specific Exemptions
ENdynamics Ltd. will exclude returns if you've broken the seal on the wrapping of goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons, or goods which have been bespoke made or specifically ordered from the Manufacturer.
Sales to Businesses - Terms of Service. B2B refunds are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Warranty
Faulty parts are covered under the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s warranty.
All items sold through the ENdynamics Website are under 'RTB' - Return to Base Terms.
