Shipments and Collections
In addition to our own logistic service, ENdynamics Ltd., use pre-qualified UK Couriers, Pallet Carriers and UK Postal Delivery Services.
Most Items are despatched with a 'tracking' facility.
ENdynamics Ltd. intend to complete all deliveries within the terms described on the Item description in your Order.
Please note - some specialist items may take extra time to deliver.
If delivery is likely to be extended beyond that stated, we will keep you advised of progress.
** Some areas eg: Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland may incur an added extra cost. ULEZ and Special Zone costs may apply.
Where 'Free Delivery' is included with an Item, large heavy items eg: scooters, powerchairs, rise and recline chairs and beds will be 'kerbside' delivery only.
If you wish for delivery and setup of the item, you will need to choose from our optional special delivery services, contact our Customer Service Team here. Formal Quotations on request.
Collections from our premises may be possible by prior appointment only.
Quicker delivery may sometimes be possible, and likely incur an additional cost - ask our Customer Service team for additional information - call Tel: 0333 444 1034.
Where special delivery arrangements are requested, delivery arrangements must be completed by the 13:00 hours Monday - Friday 'cut off times.
Note: If an item does not arrive when expected, please contact our Customer Service team for updated information.
In some cases ENdynamics Ltd will use recycled packaging.
Assembly, Set Up and Warranty Call Out
