The Distance Selling Regulations have been replaced by The Consumer Contracts Regulations since 2014
The Consumer Contracts Regulations give consumers cancellation rights when you enter into Contracts at a distance over the telephone or online.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order starts when your order is placed and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Your right to a refund
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of ENdynamics Ltd. receiving the returned item. After the 14 calendar days we cannot accept any returns.
Refunds are generally made by the same method as the original payment. See the payment provider's terms and conditions.
A Deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them on our premises - unmarked and unused.
Refunding the cost of delivery on Faulty Items
Where legally required, ENdynamics Ltd. will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you by us in the first place.
ENdynamics Ltd. will exclude returns if you've broken the seal on the wrapping of goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons, or goods which have been bespoke made or specifically ordered from the Manufacturer.
