The Aktiv X5 Plus is a modern deluxe heavy duty wheelchairs with a maximum user weight of 160kg (25 stone). This wheelchair is suitable for casual to full time time use. Available in a seat width of 22" (56cm) in a self propel or transit version.

The X5 Plus is suitable for use during occupied transportation in a vehicle.

The Aktiv X5 Plus wheelchair has a folding frame that is easy to lift, store and transport, yet it is strong enough for constant use. The armrests flip back and remove to allow easy access to the wheelchair and the arm pads are made from comfortable polyurethane. The backrest folds down and the legrests and rear wheels have quick release mechanisms for easy transport and storage. The backrest is tension adjustable and this and the seat are covered with a generously padded nylon material for increased user comfort. Stepper bar, anti-tip wheels and a safety belt all come as standard.
